Finding myself in the metal studio as an escape and stress release in college when I was studying industrial design was what led me to my passion, art metalsmithing. I love the rhythm & sound of the hammer and the 
liquid nature of metal and its durability thereafter. I also love the metal’s ease of manipulation and the finite detail of working on such a small scale (also my greatest frustration). I got back on track with my art as a means of re-discovering who I am…and it’s working.
